Matthieu Cuvelier, Owner & Director of Clos Fourtet, will guide guests through the rich history of this ancient estate, exploring its remarkable wines and storied terroir. Clos Fourtet is a 1st classified growth of Saint-Emilion (1er Grand Cru Classé). MICHELIN-starred Chef Joe Cash will present a thoughtfully crafted tasting menu inspired by the Bordeaux village, drawing on his classical French training and culinary artistry. Adding a visual dimension to the evening, Art of Wine founder Sandra Nyblom will showcase artwork inspired by her recent journey to Saint-Émilion, immersing guests in this historic place through all the senses.

The Art of wine is excited to welcome Owner & Director of Clos Fourtet, Matthieu Cuvelier. Since 2001, Matthieu was entrusted by his father Philippe to guide Clos Fourtet into a new era marrying respect for the history with biodynamic precision alongside the ancient Grand Muraille the estate remains a symbol of Saint-Emilion itself- timeless, disciplined and formidable. Art of Wine is thrilled to announce Chef Joe Cash as the featured chef for this special event. Chef Cash is the founder and owner of Scoundrel, Greenville's MICHELIN-starred restaurant celebrated for its modern French cuisine and seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. His impressive career includes time at world renowned kitchens such as Per Se and Noma as well as leadership roles with Major Food Group in New York. Since opening Scoundrel in 2022, Chef Cash has earned national acclaim from the MICHELIN Guide, the James Beard Foundation, and Esquire. Guests can expect an unforgettable evening of refined cuisine paired beautifully with exceptional wines.

Sandra Nyblom is the founder of Art of Wine, an immersive experience that brings together fine art, wine, and culinary storytelling. A lifelong creative with a deep passion for wine and place, Sandra’s work is inspired by travel, history, and the emotional connection between art and the table. For this event, she will present a collection of original works inspired by her recent journey to Saint-Émilion, capturing the beauty, texture, and timeless spirit of this historic wine village. Through her art, Sandra invites guests to experience Saint-Émilion beyond the glass—engaging all the senses and bringing the story of the region vividly to life.
